Woodward Township is a township in Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, United States. It was created November 23, 1855 and deemed a second class township on April 28, 1899. The population was 2,043 at the 2020 census, down from 2,200 in 2010. It is part of the Williamsport Metropolitan Statistical Area. Wikipedia
